first people. Over the years, through changing times,
changing appetites and changing diapers, they continue
to have fun and keep a great spirit alive.
The day to day operations, run by Carlo, keep the thoughts
of why they opened Mimmo's - it's paramount to every pizza
that comes out of the oven, every dish which is cooked and
prepared, and understood by each and every employee
who proudly serves the Mimmo's customer.
